To make our villa the villa of choice we have had several extra’s that you won’t find in all the villas.

All the 'wet' areas are tiled with the best quality Italian porcelain tiles. They really are a cut above the rest.	We have added a 'holiday planner'. Just put in your dates and then you can plan your activities and never miss a thing.	Tea anyone?


For your safety we have installed a pool alarm on all the pool doors (which are required to be on by Florida law) and a pool fence that is optional.	A Towel Stand for you to hang your towels or wet swim gear (remember all towels are included) .	A mobile cool box for those days out, a must in the Florida Sun.
